Green Kickstart Juice

  Coconut Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Cucumber, Green Apple, Mint, Power Greens, Ginger, Turmeric  Yield:  4 Servings (12oz) 1 English cucumber 1 tbs fresh ginger 1 tsp fresh turmeric 1 Green apple 1/4 cup mint 1/4 cup parsley 1 cup power greens (kale, spinach, chard, etc) 4 cups coconut water 1 tbs apple cider vinegar 1 lemon (juiced) 1 lime (juiced) *optional: 1 kiwi 1/4 tsp spirulina (Click on images to order ingredients from Amazon) Juicer Instructions: Juice cucumber, ginger, turmeric, green apple (coring optional), mint, parsley and greens following the instructions for normal juicing in your juicer manual. Add coconut water, lime & lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and mix well. Drink immediately or let chill for an hour and then enjoy. (Best in enjoyed within 12 hours. Good for 24 hours).
