Coconut Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Cucumber, Green Apple, Mint, Power Greens, Ginger, Turmeric

1 English cucumber
1 tbs fresh ginger
1 tsp fresh turmeric
1 Green apple
1/4 cup mint
1/4 cup parsley
1 cup power greens (kale, spinach, chard, etc)
4 cups coconut water
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
1 lemon (juiced)
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
1 lemon (juiced)
1 lime (juiced)
*optional:
1 kiwi
1/4 tsp spirulina
Juicer Instructions:
Juice cucumber, ginger, turmeric, green apple (coring optional), mint, parsley and greens following the instructions for normal juicing in your juicer manual.
Add coconut water, lime & lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and mix well.
Drink immediately or let chill for an hour and then enjoy. (Best in enjoyed within 12 hours. Good for 24 hours).
Blender Instructions:
Blend cucumber, ginger, turmeric, green apple (coring optional), mint, parsley and greens until pureed.
In a separate container add coconut water, lime & lemon juice, apple cider vinegar.
Strain the puree into a pitcher cutting trough it with the coconut water mix.
Drink immediately or let chill for an hour and then enjoy. (Best in enjoyed within 12 hours. Good for 24 hours).
