2 english cucumber
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
2 tablespoon sesame oil
Sea salt as needed

1/2 head red cabbage
1 cup rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped parsley 
1 tablespoon amino liquid (or say sauce)
