2 Avocados
4 Eggs
2 Kumatos (or tomatoes)
1/2 cup spicy micro greens (or watercress)
1 tbsp fresh dill
1 tbsp salt
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 
Pepper to taste
